I would not be surprised at all if conte demands Cavani. Chelsea will deliver him to conte for sure.

About us...we need to try to keep morata at all cost.... Bringing berardi si a must for me... not because he will turn us into Barcelona 2.0, but because for price and potential talent we cant let him pass because we can even resell him at a good price. heck, for the fact we dont do another Verrati, just buy him.

We need one or 2 really good offensive midfielder tho.... Allegri must demand that.

Chelsea has Costa already, cant see them going after another highly priced prime CF if they don't sell him, especially since the defense is a much bigger problem. If they get a CF i think it will be someone young that can take over from Costa in a few seasons, maybe after next season even. icardi maybe?

Any player that chooses Chelsea over us is not needed anyways. I don't think Cavani falls into that category.

Cavani though is all things to all men. He's a forward and a defender. You get him you get goals plus you fix your defence.

Chelsea not playing champions next year. And they have Diego Costa!

That said i'd be glad if they buy Cavani and sell Costa to us. A monster of a striker!
More so than Cavani?

we've been through this movie before, we will never get a player like Cavani. This is Aguero all over again. We will bid, and then a Premier team will come snatch him up. Now that Conte has the bank account to eat at a $100 restaurant, he will snatch him up just in spite.
Sorry, that kind of negativity is not allowed in here.

I had a discussion with a friend of mine who pointed out Cavani's age (he'll be 30 early next year) and didn't believe Juve would splash the cash on him. But given how well Tevez played for us, arguably the best form of his career at the age of 31-32, I don't think the age factor in this modern age is that important. You see players maintaining their levels into their 30s (Ronaldo, Ibra, Tevez for us, Robben, Ribery, etc). The latter two are injury prone, but they're quality players.

As i remember, the last time we paid such a price for a player in that age was nedved.

I dont know what is our chances to buy him, but imo its very low,if he is for sell many can outped us ntm our relationship with psg.

Last year we reach cl final which generate alot of money but this year we left early, i dont know how much marota can spend.

If we get €30m for Morata it's the absolute max we'd offer for Cavani IMO. Even if he's a world class player, we've got other areas to look at first.

Right back is getting critical. Lichtsteiner is the only option. When he's not available we play 352 to fit in Cuadrado. It's never ideal to change formation to accommodate the players. We need 2 players for each position - or/and school players to play multiple positions.

Many teams will offer big cash for Bonucci and we should look for a new CB if we receive a ridiculous offer. Many consider him a top target - If City offer in the region of €45m we'll do it. Rugani is no ball playing centreback.

We should look for a replacement to Pogba if he pushes on for a transfer as well. You never know about players in high demand. Someone like Kante, Nianggolan, Yaya etc would do short term. You can't replace him with another talent - with radical changes coming this summer we need to sign players of high quality to maintain our overall quality. And we don't want to replace - we want to improve. Maybe you do that with depth instead of a stronger XI.

Costas is barely a third the player Cavani is.
Cavani gave his best as a counter-attack striker. That would be great for Champions League but given HOW we play i think Costa would be more effective.
Anyway i doubt either of them will join us this summer.
Marotta never gave us an affirmed champion and i doubt it will happen this summer.

Pirlo for free and Tevez for 8+4m bonus. Cavani or Costa or any top player require us to pay at least 40m. So it's never gonna happen
Lol, what kind of argument is that? Marotta delivered and then repeated it with Pogba etc.

Dybala for 40m and Alex Sandro for 26m in one Summer suggests Marotta is capable of spending too (like if it was only up to him, lol).

We aren't getting Cavani nor Costa because they don't suit the profile that the management is looking for, that's all. Besides spending big =/= sporting success.

You claimed that Marotta never gave us champions which isn't true as I pointed out, having a big price tag doesn't make you a champion.

Costa or Cavani are nowhere near Pirlo or Tevez, well maybe on form Cavani is pretty close.
