I still see City being active in summer for a new striker.
So do I. I imagine they would go for RVP if he is at all available.
With Dzeko, Aguero, Tevez and Balotelli?
Balotelli will probably be sold.

As for tevez he and Mancio might have made peace for now but who knows how long that will last, or whether the upper City management will share Mancio's forgiving attitude.

Tevez came back with a bang, he might himself find it challenging to play again with them. I still feel though that he might be sold this summer but I can't seem to guess the destination.
It depends really, like I said above Tevez has received such a warm reception back at City and is once again looking very good.

We all know Manchester City can command top money for their players and the most likely destination would be Milan with the money they'd get from Pato. Still Pato is finished it seems, so PSG won't give them the money to finance Tevez nor does Milan have the money to buy Tevez anyway.

The team I worry about is Chelsea, but I feel they may miss Champions League and in that case we have a headstart.

City will concentrate on midfielders this summer, not attackers in my opinion.

I was wrong with them getting Aguero though, so maybe I'm not the best to predict things.

I am thinking you are pretty much right on all of this.

This sorta makes me want to FIFA all over you tonight.

He recently said he wants to stay at Real.

I also don't believe Real Madrid will sell him.

What Juventus cannot afford like most other top clubs is big wages, Cavani fits the bill as we can afford to double his current salary that he receives, with any other top player we're unable to do that.

Like I deluded myself with Aguero, I'll also delude myself with Cavani.

I think we need to strike a deal early with Napoli to avoid a bidding war. I also believe if Cavani wants to come here we have a good shot at getting him.

True but with Cavani we have the opposite problem. Napoli would never sell him to us for anything but an over-inflated price. I think we would have to sign him early, because Napoli would give much greater preference to any foreign club that tries to compete with us for Cavani.

Aguero was always difficult after the dogshit season we had.

now we got money, we got the manager, we got the stadium, we got the CL.

and he seems to like us too.

Of course Napoli will try to get the best price possible, but like I said we do unlike most clubs in Italy have the finances to do the operation. We also seem to be getting back to being Juventus, with a coach who is highly rated in Italy now. Getting into Europe again is huge.

However I don't believe De Laurentis was in Turin for two days to sample the wine.

You deluded rest of us with Aguero, and you'll do it again.
