Let put some further analogy here. The goal of Juve is like the distance between your home and your workplace. You can use your bike if the distance between them is 15km, just like we need only a cheap/decent striker to achieve top 2- Serie A. But our goals is to win Serie A and getting further in C1, which equivalent to 45km distance, which you think is more useful , a bike or a old, high gasoline consumption car?

Almost all parking spots are free of charge where I come from The very few public ones that aren't, do not include car dimensions as a metric for fees.
