Anyway I sort of like city but you have to learn to build a team spirit and the wage structure you have in place and the lack of silverware and tradition at the club hardly leads to solid foundations for that.

As with every new star you sign the current players will want the same wages plus you keep signing players where you are already strong and not improving the weak areas of your team

We know the limits of the current squad compared to our succesfull teams that brought back many scudetto and enjoyed great success in CL competing in 3 success CL finals ultimatley only winning one but we are rebuilding.

And at this moment in time we are challenging for our league title and will be stronger next season when we will compete in the CL.

seems like our season is pretty similar to yours at city. So your fantastic uber squad is not really over achieving is it!
