Latest rumours? What price are we willing to pay and can do so? I've read that Dzeko can go for as low as 25? Now if our budget theories (~60 mils) are correct, that might prevent him from being our most expensive signing this season? Exciting, but is it possible?

PS:I am reading trezeguet's agent interview and he says nothing about exit, meaning Amauri/Iaquinta goes and some cash comes our way.

City to make 31 Million bid..
They already have Tevez,Adebayor,Robinho,Santa Cruz,Bellamy,Johnson.

that club is insane.

Edit: found the note.

According to latest rumours, Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko has set his mind on leaving Wolfsburg in July and will officially ask for a release on Monday.

Note : The 24-year-old is closely tracked by Manchester City, who are ready to sign him for 32 million Euros.

I saw Tevez to Madrid links and it seems reasonable enough for me. That will definitely mix things up a lot. Suddenly City has the space for Dzeko, but Benzema is on the market.
That is why we loved the previous management. They would have managed to give Amauri and Iaquinta to City for 15 mils+Tevez and then get Dzeko for 20. Not to mention that the eventual trade of Tevez - Benzema later would probably have placed Ronaldo's fee into the free transfers category for Real M.

If they are dumb enough to take Amauri or have never seen him play, then sure its possible.
I dont see anyone really wanting Amauri. Maybe Roma if they sell Vucinic or something but he is not an in demand player. I think we may have to keep him and hope he plays well. I also dont see him leaving because Del Neri likes him because he played for him at Chievo and did well. So they are familiar with each other. I think Iaquinta or Trez will probably leave. Iaquinta is probably the more in demand of our CFs so we can cash in on him.
