Its not a problem for them, but IMO Džeko is not stupid, why should he go there where he has Drogba for competition, instead of some other club where he'll be a guaranteed starter?

I tend to disagree with you on this one, the last two seasons showed Chelsea doesn't spent just to spent anymore.
2-3 reinforcements on the most needed positions, but no stockpiling anymore as they did 4-5 seasons ago.
