This guy should be on the bottom of our 'MOST WANTED STRIKERS' list. Yeah - he is better than what we have, but he is neither Torres, nor Higuain/Cavani.
I think that he is better than what a lot of other teams have, as well. I'm not saying that he is on the level of RVP/Higuain/Cavani, because he's not.

But if you add him, along with another forward (such as Jovetic, for example), with the midfield that juve already have, which became exponentially better, if that were possible, with the additions of Asamoah, and Isla, and you are looking at a team that again, is a situation where the whole is better than the sum of their parts.

But I'll tell you, Serie A would shake in their collective boots, and more than one team in Europe would be looking at that roster and saying "oh boy. Please don't bracket us with Juve.

It depends on what type of striker we want really. Džeko is probably the least mobile and technical of the ones we've been paired with, but he's also the strongest (the guy can carry two defenders on his back) and probably the best header.

Still, I'd prefer Higuain (my 1st choice) as I think he has a better touch and technique and finishing, then RvP as I think he'd really signal our intention that we want to be in the top of European football again, then Cavani.

Still, if we cant get any of them Džeko is better than keeping what we have.

Agreed with you, but IMHO he would be the third best CF in Seria A at this moment. (Funnily enough people are saying Seria A is getting worse, but striker wise its not quite like that it seems) The only advantage he has over Zlatan is his age and then Cavani is here too.
The same cannot be said about Higuain or RVP.

He would be a very good addition though and certainly more than welcome at this moment. He has the age advantage against RVP , therefore he might still be the better investment (as a risk minimizer).
