Dzeko would be devastating against any team playing for us with one of Giovinco, Vucinic, Jovetic behind him. Dzeko is a prima punta with a big double p and he would be so good should he sign for us this August. In City he didn't really get to play enough minutes due to the competition from the other strikers. Dzeko is the kind of player you rely on and field in every single game - sort of like Zlatan in Milan. You don't field Matri if you have Dzeko and Conte knows that. Next year would be perfect for Dzeko since we've got so many games and very little quality competition for his position.

If any of you guys saw Dzeko play for Wolfsburg you would know just how good a finisher he is up there in the attack. Dzeko could be equally as good as Cavani should we sign him. He is superb on his own and if you give him creative passings and crosses from our MVP or Giovinco, Vucinic... Jovetic... whatever, I can almost guarantee he will have a scoring rate just as impressive as Cavani's..

But Dzeko is signed with City and his wages are unreal. For him to join us it would take a serious City approach on RvP and force one or both of Dzeko and Tevez out. Then, if Dzeko was told he wouldn't get many games next year he would push for a move and that could lead to a pay-cut should he arrive here in Juventus. Edin Dzeko being our promised plasma TV could be the deal of the summer. Should Dzeko go to Milan I take no responsibility for his performances because in Milan he would lack a solid creative team behind him. He needs to play for a winning team with other champions - just like his Wolfsburg time when they were the best in germany. Wolfsburg being the best in Germany made Dzeko the best striker in Germany. And so, Juve being the best in Italy could make Dzeko the best striker in Italy. His job is to score goals, not creating them and that is just what he would do. Don't expect him to do magic, expect him to net the ball with an incredible scoring rate - that's magic for a poacher..

Lol, that's what I'm hoping. If his wages are acceptable within our structure, then I don't see why we cant pull that off. It makes perfect sense. Will sort the attack out for good. The team would be complete in every sense of the word, save maybe one incredible cb.

20m is a fair deal I'd say. Given the current market scenario. He however needs to agree to a massive wage cut. 5m would be a fair amount of wages for him. Though I'd have to say, it's pretty sad if he's the best we can get when we are in a good situation as a club (not the league as a whole, which is a deterrent I agree). Getting RvP is the best for our image and business wise. Getting JoJo is the best long term investment. And getting Dzeko is likely to be the best solution for our CF needs because he will be effective in our set up with guys like Isla/Licht and Armero/PDC on the wings.

Which center forwards on the market (both rumored & known) are better than Dzeko?

Van Persie and ?

I can't be sad if we sign one of the best goalscorer in the game right now.
