It's clear that Mancini doesn't rate Dzeko much. No matter how much stupidity comes from Balotelli, he will always get the nod. Tevez will get more playing time next season and Aguero is almost irreplaceable. I doubt that Dzeko will play more then 10-12 matches in EPL.

IMO if we add 2-3 mil to that 20 mil offer City would let Dzeko go.
