I will say FUCK Dzeko before he joins Juve. I have a bad feeling he is coming. 4th choice striker coming from man shiitty and Juventus fans are excited. What the world has come to.
That's a very skewed way of looking at it actually. He is fourth choice compared to three strikers who are all arguably world class or thereabouts. Tevez, Aguero and Balotelli. And he's also fourth choice coz he's not ideally suited to Mancini's system. That doesn't make him a bad player or not good enough, I'd say of everyone we've been linked with, he has a chance to do very well with our team. Also, seeing the current football climate and our own capacity/ability to negotiate, and undying need to have things on our terms, I'd say Dzeko would make for a fair signing all things considered.

Load of shit. They paid like €35m
They overpaid, and they know it. They won't get anything close to that, and the further they push the mercato, the easier it'll be for the buying team if the player requests a transfer. Mancini will be forced to sell. Theres really very little room for negotiation in such a situation, and you need to take a call because holding on to him may price him out of the market and you're stuck with wages and a player you don't want, which is also a detriment to buying a player you do.

Sportmediaset:Juventus have decided to change track and step up their efforts to sign Dzeko.Mancini ready to sell the Bosnian for a figure of around 20m(not sure if pounds or euros)
I'd say 22-23m plus bonuses and this will be done middle of next week. My guess is, that Marrotta was waiting for Edin's situation to develop all along.

I didnt mean defend but Conte likes the forward to hold the ball up. Is Dzeko any good at that?
He's no Cavani if you mean he'll run up and down the pitch. In fact he's the perfect point of reference for all of Pirlo and Gio/Vuci's creativity and Marchisio/Vidal/Asamoahs's movement. Because he doesn't look to add to that, he looks for the goal once in the final third. Not as tall as Llorente, but for me personally, he is very well suited to this league and team and will do really well. The only three transfers that would be more effective than his in my book, would be Cavani, JoJo and Suarez.

manalapan.

Well every forward has an off game they cant always be in form, besides he's disgusted with his situation and being emotionally void to where you're playing only makes your performances worse

From what i saw during the City vs Southampton game he couldnt even hold the ball and was constantly being pushed off the ball, also what town do you live in ? im from jersey also
Yea, he needs a change of environment. No confidence. You can see it in his body language. He clearly isn't considered an important member to their plans. All of that will change when he becomes a focal point of reference for a big team and a new league.

I hope, but even if we get him i dont see this as a good transfer because he hasnt impressed me, but i would be happy if he proved me wrong

I can't believe some people say Matri is better than Dzeko:sergio:

I think this move would be very good for us. I can see him pairing with Vucinic very well. It'll take a while before he gets to the form he used to have but he's worth spending our money. Finally we could successfully deploy our 4-3-3 with a targetman like Dzeko.

Bilan fans would be pissed
