I still believe this guy is good and we’re destroying him.
i'm upset we don't try anything new in attack. it's proof allegri doesn't train attackers.

think about earlier in these last two seasons. defense was leaking goals so what did he do? he tinkered with defense and training till defense became tight. why can't he do same with attack? wouldn't a strong attack take pressure of defense so when your defenders do fuck up here and there, no problem attackers will destroy the other team

For all his weaknesses you don't buy an old fashioned #9 if they're going to spend 80 minutes a game where your #6 should be

Mbappe would struggle here, if you can't beat 3-4 players on your own there's a genuine possibility you will go a full 90 minutes without getting a chance at goal here

I mean, even in his half season last year. This video of his goals. More pace, quicker movements, he’s actually moving into open space to receive the ball, his first touch is better, has a couple dribbles, confidence in his finishing, scores a few headers.

He’s a shell of this player right now. Unrecognizable. And it’s the coaching staff’s job to have him in proper fitness, form, and playing with confidence.

If you go further back to the first half of the season at Viola too, it’s even more of this. He looked like a budding superstar striker.

Is the Pubalgia injury bothering him or there are temperament issues? Having zero creativity doesn't help him or any other strikers.

The sad thing is that the build up to these goals isn't something I can imagine seeing now. And also that we could see Vlahovic wither as the season went on. First month he was the only one who looked motivated, and then even his goals started drying up.

Agree that it's the coaching staff's fault. From fitness troubles, injuries and lack of confidence and desire the players are not being properly prepared for games, or utilised by the tactician.

Fire them all. Clean break.

This guy is a victim of the system. Can he do better? Of Course. Should he be better? Absolutely.

However, if it's just one or two players struggling, you could argue it's their fault. When your whole team looks demotivated, disengaged, and downright confused, it's on the coach, management, and coaching staff.

Vlahovic might be accountable for 5% of our struggles and failures this season, but 80%+ falls on the shoulder of the decaying dino earning 7.5+ milion and having us display Ghazl El Mahalla level football.
