De Ligt was always bound to leave, the release clause was inserted specifically for that from the very begining in the hope we will set some world record fee after he learns his trade with Chiellini and Bonucci, unluckily for us however both the team and himself have underperformed so now we preffered to recoup at least what we invested ourselves while we could still do it so that we can invest it in a potentially smarter way this time around and all in all at the end of the day we moved on a player that no longer wanted to be here and that showed his lack of commitment towards the club.
You trying to make it seem like everyone else now is going to force their way out and that we will accept to sell them against our will is nothing else but a huge overreaction, there’s been many top players that were actual world class week in and week out for us that we might have some regrets about letting them leave but De Ligt for what he has shown here so far is a very long way off from that category.

hmmm, i’d say its probable but not necessarily the case, maybe he is using Vlahovic with some special ultimate team card that has pumped up stats which are way better than his basic card, i’m sure there’s a few in the game that mainly only Juve fans are likely going for.

Aside from that i agree that he should continue to improve and work on his game, especially his strength regarding staying on his feet when challenged, for now however there is no point passing judgements after a preseason game where he just returned from a long injury, we’ll see how he does a month or two from now during the official games before actually starting to worry about anything.

Because he tries to play like Drogba in a body of Ronaldo at best.
Against RM I noticed he didn't try once to separate himself from Militao, he always went body to body and ofc Militao has the advantage that way. Did the same thing vs Skriniar last season.
Meanwhile Benzema was always a step quicker and received the ball away from our defenders.
DV needs to move more and not go for a physical confrontation every time.
