Well, he should be seriously considering moving from Lazio by now...
He'll be 27 next month, it's about time he moves to a team that can actually give him a chance of winning a major trophy.
If the price is right.. There's no resell value in a 27-year-old so I can't see his value anything near that of a few years ago. €50m max or id go for other targets

He's in the prime of his career, so will go for the maximum of his worth this summer. Which is probably around the 60m mark. If Lazio had a concrete offer of 70-80m that has been flying around, he'd have been sold already IMO.

Blue moon (Man City forum) has 257 pages of Dusan Vlahovic. The last pages are people with reactions like: "i didn't want him anyway" , "We don't need him" etc.

257 fucking pages and they didn't want him as fans?
Like we didn't want Cassano..

I dream that we were facing Spezia and Vlahovic scored and got denied from the VAR for another one which would have been the winner.
I guess my subconscious was telling me our mid is still crap
Hope we get a creative one or someone who can help bossing our mid

I’m usually more on the pessimistic side of the aisle when it comes to this club. But I’m very happy about this transfer. Honestly, unless you’re deeply concerned with their finances, not sure how you could dislike this. And hell, most don’t understand finance anyway.

We paid 90 million euros for 29 year old higuain and 100 million euros for 33 year old Ronaldo. So 90 million euros for 22 year old vlahovic who is second youngest among top five goalscorer in Europe in last two seasons is certainly not overpaying.
38 - Dusan Vlahovic has scored the most goals (38) in the last two Serie A campaigns (since 2020/21) - among the big-5 European Leagues only Lewandowski (64), Haaland (43) and Benzema (40) netted more. Predator
Saying we paid the same for Vlahovic as for Higuain is misleading since in that equation you count the agent fee's for Vlahovic (+ bonuses), but not the agent fee's for Higuain, which may not have been disclosed but certainly existed as in all transfers. And given the size of the Higuain transfer the agent fee probably was in the same ballpark, Higuain's brother (his agent) never was easy to deal with.

In other words Higuain definitely was more expensive than Vlahovic, so the Vlahovic deal is even better.

Don’t forget the wages. And the resale value, if it comes to that.

Chelsea paid €113m for a 28 year old Lukaku. If Vlahovic is the real deal we can easily recover everything and more in 5 years time

From the BBC

Strong in the air, skilful on the ground

Prandelli left behind a giant asset in Vlahovic, one that Juventus now have to lead their line.
At 1.9m tall and stocky, the Serb is possessing of a stature and physical ability to shield the ball, making him a handful for any defender.
This season, he has been fouled 53 times - the third most in Serie A. Only Sampdoria's Morten Thorsby was involved in more aerial contests than Vlahovic's 267 last season.
He is not lightning fast but quick enough to pose problems and a willing runner, with a fine touch, intelligent positional sense and awareness of others.
Watching back his goals from last season and this, one is struck by the Lewandowski-esque ability to find a crucial yard on a marker or ghost into space almost unnoticed in the box before a lethal finish.
"He moves a lot but he is a striker who shows a lot of presence in the penalty area," Italian football writer Daniele Verri told BBC Sport. "He can push defenders out of the way, hold up the ball and he can pull two defenders along with him and still score.
"And he is very young. He has nowhere near yet touched his full potential."
Perhaps his most impressive quality is one rarely found in a player so young and which will serve him well if he moves to an elite club.
"He has been under pressure from fans, who have been booing him, and the club itself since it emerged that he would not extend his contract," continued Verri. "But he is still scoring goals. He is responding on the pitch.
"That, to me, shows a mental strength you need to be a top professional player."
The Serb still has plenty to work on to truly reach that elite level, though.
While he has outscored his expected goals total - the tally he should have, judged by analysis of the quality of his chances - since the start of last season, his shooting accuracy is still below many of the game's best line-leading forwards, at around 40%.
He will also need to improve his technical and tactical awareness to truly shine at a top team.
Fortunately for him, he has plenty of time on his side and now one of the game's true elite sides at which to develop his craft.

Signing Susan now was the right decision. It was not the fear of losing out on Soyboy but more like fear of losing out on the top 4. We now give ourselves a good shot to guarantee that CL revenue(and much more) with this signing.
