I've always wanted another Christian Vieri-esque striker at Juve. I suppose this is the closest I'll get, even if they are still quite different.
Vieri was who I was thinking about earlier too.

Started supporting Juve in 97 so was annoyed when they sold him as he was one of the first players I grew affectionate to straight away along with Amourso, Di Livio and Lombardo.

Dusan reminds me of him.

Cherubini is the classic example of the salesman who makes a great deal for the company just for his boss to get the picture with the credit
Cherubini about to sign Vlahovic then Arrivabene shows up..

Ended up costing as much as Haaland release clause minus Raiola headache and the ungodly amount of commission they'll want.
You forgot the wages. Haaland will demand 15-20 mil net easy.

Vlahovic deal: Juve will pay 70M to Fiorentina over the next three years. (23.3M a year roughly) •Juve will pay Fiorentina 10M in performance add-ons. •11.6M “additional costs" include 10M in agent fees + 1.6M towards his youth teams* Total = €91.6M (Sky Sports news)

i guess Haalands transfer fee was never the problem , it's his salary . We can't afford him .

But yeah i agree , we overpaid for Vlaho .
We didn't. There are no absolute top strikers for sale at that price (salary + transfer sum).
Haaland's clause is just exceptionally low but the fat man will use that to his advantage and everybody knows it; higher sign on fee and salary.

If he continues scoring like a top 5 striker than its a realistic price
