He got so much unnecessary hate around here.
Ironic to see this sentiment in Dusan's thread with everybody shitting on him hard after the entire team played like shit.

Nobody took the time to create 3 gifs of anybody else's poor moments vs Roma, and we certainly didn't spend this amount of time hyperfocusing on anybody else's bad performance, or even Motta's poor team selection and failure to create a solution to Roma's defence.

Dusan has two goals in three games. First game no goal but played great. Third game wasn't good and it's pages of repetitive critique.

Back our boy, everybody!

Higuain would have shot that ball through the net with either leg with a 0.1 second wind up OR passed to Chico
He's met Chico probably twice before this moment. Like the rest of us he'd probably never heard of him before we signed him. How the hell is he supposed to predict the runs of somebody he's never seen play a game?

Jesus lads

I was defending him for so long but his basic skills are so poor. He was a monster at fiorentina, did he really got allegrified? Even in euro he sucked. I dont have much hope for him, he is mentally disabled. After 10 minutes you already know what kind of match he'll have.

Pretty simple assessment here - either Vlahovic performs this year and justifies his wages, or he's out. No more excuses. I still think he has what it takes to be a world class number 9.
I think his problems with us because he "try hard" to justify his wages and in the process made him "forget" to perform
If he just has perform in his mind, he will perform for the good of the team, and in the end it will eventually justify his wages

We need to see how Giuntoli handle his contract extension as that is the highest issue to tackle, his salary currently double than Bremer who in 2nd place of highest earner with 6m net salary

I can't believe how many excuses/ explanations we've come up for him being more average than great.

Giuntoli is not stopping and wants to initiate the negotiation for the renewal of #Vlahovic for one or two extra years. A possible meeting between the end of the month and October and the economical agreement should be found in the next few months. As Dusan's salary (€10.5M ready to increase to €12M) is considered a luxury that is no longer in line with the corporate policy of the club. At the Continassa they started thinking about ideas to do everything possible in order to make the bond more lasting and stronger, but obviously more sustainable. Meanwhile, the ex #Fiorentina has opened to the possibility of sitting around a table to listen to the offer and discuss.

In Turin they are not speculating on the figures, but it could be assumed that a meeting point could be found at around €10M per season with the bonuses. DV9 should give up something, at least on the fixed part, but through bonuses he would have a similar salary or at least in the double digit.

Way I see it is attacking players deserve more leniency because his sample size is allegri ball. Not a great indicator in my opinion .

Since he will perform this season easily we will all forget about past performance

I dont hate him but he is not elite striker. He lacks to much in his game to become one. Poacher that doesnt move well inside the box. He is always covered by a defender. Heavy first touch and poor ball control, wasteful, cant dribble which isnt prerequisite but you need to be able at least to turn defender when 1 on 1. Id sell him next summer tbh. I hope Koop, Yildiz, Nico, Chico will supply for him but for +70m, Id expect hellueva lot more from a striker. Higuain, even with 10 extra kilos, moved more gracefully. No comparison between the 2. Higgy was elite forward.

Higgy was elite for like 1 season for us. In the 2nd season he scored 16 goals in 35 games in the league, that’s something that the likes of Boriello or Matri could manage as well, hardly elite performance like prime Higuain or Quagliarella.
