Anyway, yeah I updated to the latest version of vBulletin last night which has fixed a few security flaws. I also figured out what has caused the server to be running so poorly the past 4-5 days and it was a crashed database table with over 47 million rows and it kept growing whenever the database server was restarted, it was a cache table so I just emptied it. Now it works fine. As for the bugs when upgrading to the latest version of vBulletin, I'm looking into it now.
