A few hours after the latest purchase of #DouglasLuiz, #NottinghamForest is about to sack manager Nuno Espirito Santo, guilty of complaining about the club's #mercato: too many surplus players to offload have effectively slowed down the signings he requested.

Scenario where they sign new coach, who doesnt trust Luiz and doesnt play him, thus his obligatory clause is not activated and he is back here in one year...
haahaha too many surplus players to offload... If only he knew what it was like to be at Juve where we cant even offload most, and nobody even freaking comes in anyways.

I was expecting at least 2 or 3 new players this week, and still - square root of fuck all. Not even Kolo Muani!

We are not in a situation where selling players can go in our favour.
We are, we just have incompetent people negotiating.

Absolutely no excuse for the likes of Mbangula to go for as low as he did to say the least.

my assumption after last few mercatos is that we would be actually a better or the same team if we didnt do any transfers at all. So maybe its better they are actually not that active lol.
At least from Giuntoli era, the only one that we would be missing is Thuram, Kalulu and Conceicao.
If Giuntoli would actually do nothing, we could have
Huijsen instead of Kelly
Soule instead of Nico Gonzalez
Chiesa instead of Conceicao
Barrenechea instead of Douglas Luiz
Fagioli instead of Koop
Moise Kean instead of Kolo on loan

That would save us more than 200m and imo we wouldnt have a weaker squad. Ofc we wouldnt collect around 115m for sales ath the same time.
The question is how would the guys like Moise play if he didnt get the transfer, but ofc we wont know this.

Would be a mistake to sack him. Club getting too big for it's boots. I hope they get relegated.

If i told you 99 years ago that we could sell Arthur clean after his first year, would you do it? Yes you would

This guy will of course play 40 matches next year but for us its Arthur.

Take it and run
This. As we go through new management after new management it's absurd to hold them accountable for the previous admin's mistakes who were fired for good reason but we seem to go through this every or every other summer now
