he crashed into the back of that punto though. in most similar cases, that happens when you don't keep your distance and/or exceed speed limits. in some countries, drunk driving and causing an accident both might be considered a simple misdemeanor. dunno about italy. i bet the club wouldn't appreciate these incidents anyway.
