We should offer Bayern €0.5m less every day they put us on hold.
You might have been joking, but why not? Why do we always bend over backwards for other clubs, when the favor rarely, if ever, gets returned?

Look at Sevilla, we gave them Llorente for free, and they won't even budge on Nzonzi.

Anyways our main target should be Bernardeschi, not Costa.

Also get Lemar or Keita already.

Hopefully our board is right about this sign cuz for me It doesn't make much sense... To much money for Costa, fund them one Sanchez and still have to wait for them secure the replacement... I'm gonna just trust Beppe and don't over analized It no matter what

Enlighten me on the potential Costa wages. I wasn't brave enough to read up on this transfer without any xanax
No where near the wages Sanchez is asking for.

Also I really hope you are not one of those guys that thinks Pogba dint leave for the money and assume that we can match any EPL star player's salary just like that

No I didn't believe that. What I believed is that Pogba didn't have any leverage to leave us with 3 years on his contract left but that's a different topic

I'll say this. It's utopia to think Juventus can attract a star player from the EPL without offering a significant pay packet. By significant I mean monstrous wages.

Only the Spanish clubs have that leverage to attract the EPL's best players and even they are losing that clout because of the insane financial resources in the English league. At best , Real or Barca can snatch players from Pool and Spurs these days because the top 4 of epl are incredibly sturdy financially.

Now Sanchez' case is a unique situation since he's at his prime and wants to win titles but even a player like him prefers to stay in the league (join City) than go to Bayern. And if he is to join the latter, he wants to be compensated with massive wages. If a club like Bayern find it difficult to lure Sanchez , it's doubly difficult for a club like Juventus. This is the reality of the situation.

There would be ramifications to paying a single player a net salary of 12-13m. Do people really think these things are as simple as some try to make them seem? These dudes plan and think about how to make progress with this club every day. The expertise and knowhow our management has I might argue even surpasses that of this forum as crazy as it might sound.

The EPL is pathetic and disgusting. They are like Starbucks and McDonalds, in the sense that they offer a shitty product, but continue to grow and expand in spite of that product. If a player only cares about the money, and clearly Sanchez seems to be more interested in that if he's asking for close to 12 million net, then he can fuck off and play elsewhere.

Messi and Ronaldo are the only two players that deserve to be earning insane wages, based on their achievements, accomplishments, and accolades over the past decade or so.

Agree with the salary thing.

Those wages are insane, even for someone like sanchez.

Because of star players like this, is why we are stuck snatching dany alveses and schicks... because those are our affordable guys.

The star players from epl and laliga earn just too much, especially epl
