According to the list, Juve's lawyer replied roughly along the lines of a precedent set by a higher authority (no-case?) and general inconsistencies on the national level. The magistrate supposedly reacted by refuting he had never given the interview (or content) to the source.

incubo it was from Zeman's words that Guariniello started investigating. And no investigation was made upon Milan because no Zeman nor other person insinuated anything against them or other teams.

Saying that only Juve used creatine (which was not illegal) is naive as all teams used it to help their players since it was not illegal.

I'll be honest I don't know the details of this case. Suffice to say that any person with common sense knows that you need a reasonable cause to prosecute and open a case. I.e. Evidence: be it material or circumstantial or even corroborated. A person's opinions are not enough.

By the way..the anti-Milan sentiment and saying they are behind it is kind of silly because Galliani already came out in defense of Juve and the Agnelli clan is Berlucsoni's largest financial supporter in this party. Be realistic. They are not like us who quabble over teams.

Yeah but Zizou its the job a defence attorney to show that there is malicious prosecution; no probable to proceed and an over all lack of a case. He wants to show its all fluff and not warranted. At this point all we can rely on is the evidence. of course he will say that: did you think he would say that there is a lot of evidence?? More over, the prosecution's job is two fold: prosecute and act for the state. If there is not enough evidence to get past the preliminary they will not pursue the matter. This has been established long ago. We are past the investigation. They are moving to the preliminaries meaning there is enough evidence to go open up the case but now its a question of is there enough to move past the preliminary. You have to understand that Giraurdo's attorney wants to discredit the Procurator's case so obviously he will say that.

Anyhow, I don't know the details of the doping allegations. I find the policy on doping very transparent. There has to be an international guideline which every nation should abide by and not have a certain drug legal in one place and illegal in the other. The olympic committee recently opened an office which set guidelines. Football should follow suit.
