Juves got to buy him, even if they have no plans for him next season. He's too talented. Zaza is another story, although I like his attitude a lot more than berardis.

I'm not rating Berardi as much as many others do, yet I must say he's a different class then Zaza. There's nothing special about Zaza, no skill, pace, physique that makes him stand out and get me excited. He's similar to Immobile in this regard. Berardi has great finishing, rather pacy, clinical on set pieces etc..

My point is; both are available for €15m. Zaza will never be worth more then €15m, while Berardi has the potential to become a €30m+ player in the future.
I have to agree.

Just looking at this deal from an economic point of view....ignoring all the good qualities from him.... we MUST buy him at the very least. He is quality and would be sold at a good price.

Strongly disagree here.

I've seen Zaza play well many times even when he didn't score.

He's not only a hardworker, he actually is skilled and has good athleticism.

He's like a Sturaro playing as a forward. At first his hardworking, grinta and athleticism make you overlook technical skills. But they are there.

He's got some great finishes. He can use both legs. He has great movement off the ball. He's actually pretty strong and pacey/acceleration.

Zaza won't become a world beater, but I think he will do good at Juventus. Will be a better option than Llorente was this season, he will strenghten our front depth.
A very good way to summarize him, a sturaro like forward.

He is good, and he would be an upgrade over llorente for sure... but he is 15 mils , the same as berardi''s half?... im not sure

Berardi is kind anuts, but his value will rise so thats a given we need to buy him.

For those who are using the fact that he is an Interista in your argument against signing him, please stop. Seriously. It is not as if every player who has put on an Juve shirt were a fan of the club.

What does that have to do with his talent? Absolutely nothing. If you are against Juve signing him, use a different reason than where his boyhood allegiances happened to lie.

You could even use the argument that 6 of his goals were scored via a Penalty Kick, and then realize that he earned at least half of those himself.
I think no one is questioning his talent. Its just that his antics on the field..and his offensive attitude towards juve in his younger years left a lot to be desired. yeah, he was a 14 years old yada yada.. but the fact remains.

chiellini was a milan fan
Gigi is a Genoa fan.
But they were not turds who bashed Juve and were getting reds left and right.

Still, ill be clear on this. Berardi SHOULD be bought, he likes it or not.

So the moral of the story is this:

If transfer decisions were going to based upon a certain player's childhood/adulthood rooting interest, then Juve would

A) Have virtually no foreign players on their roster

B) More than 50% of the Italian players on their roster wouldn't be here either.

In other words, shut the fuck up already about him being an Interista.

So the fact that he made fun of Juve at the age of 14 is something that should even be remotely considered?

Are you fucking kidding me?

when did he bash Juve, what makes him a turd? Come the fvck on desperately trying to find reasons to dislike or hate on a player, I seen enough of that in this forum with likes of Gio.

Only thing you can say he has a temper that gets him a yellow or red occasionally, can be worked on, is nothinh major whatsoever.

Its my opinion Sergio, you dont have to agree with it. For me, he is an interista and if he , for some unholy reason, prefers to play for his beloved Inter instead of us.. thats fine with me.

If he stays and performs as good as he is doing in Sassuolo, then even better.

I want him to be clear on what he wants. Tahts it.

PD: I cant stand inter fans.

He's 20. How clear were you on your intents and future at that age? And where did he say that he would rather play for Inter? I don't see anything anywhere stating that.

First it was "Well he scored a number of his goals via PK" without realizing that he himself earned more than half of those the past 2 seasons.

Now, it's "Well he's an Interista".

Hey, I'm a Lakers fan. But if the Boston Celtics had drafted me, you bet you're sweet ass I'm putting away everything Purple and Gold and wearing Green from here on out.

There is difference between opinion and inventing stuff, you are inventing this angle about him utterly and completely.

80% of our squad are professionals who are there to win titles, extreme few of them are actually fans of the club. Berardi would be another player there who is there to have the best possible career he can have.

I'd say 98% at the very least.

And all that "look, he's still with us  " is exaggerated and people seem to forget they are sitting on multi million euro contracts.

Man, if Inter or Napoli wanted to sign me, being a Juve fan... i would be the first to ask them were the papers are. thats what a mature and logical proffesional would do.

But theres always peeeps like INmobile or Gabbiadini who would prefer otherwise.

.
He was an interista (i dont know if he still is). IM not inventing anything. Search for it some pages ago.

Still , i think i was pretty clear on thuis, and he needs to be bought he likes it or not.

And if he is just a little intelligent, he will understand that he must play in Juve.
