Di Francesco : " Berardi The potential is immense, we are talking about a 19 year old who scored 16 goals in Serie A for the first year, maybe he suffers from changes, but it is a good boy who always trains hard. Sometimes the boys must be heard, maybe you have drawn a certain description of Domenico why does he not talk to the newspapers, but will overcome this stage. However, I would like him to be here, and I think it is also his will. "

This one fits "The Experd"'s logic pefectly:
Offcourse it doesnt, but a fool like you offcourse doesnt realise how wrong you are. Might want to invest in some math tbh.

Aged 18, Wilshire was on loan at Bolton, Pogba was at Man utd, and berardi was in serie B

Aged 19, Wilshire due to circumstances, played a ton of games for Arsenal, Pogba pushed Marchisio to the bench at one of the strongest midfields in the world, and berardi had a good season with sassuolo.

Aged 20, Wilshire was mostly injured, Pogba became the best young player in the world, and we'll see what Berardi does.

Once again, i'm fine with him comming here, i'm excited about his future, but he's gonna need to play alot, and he'll play alot of very bad games, along with the excellent ones.

If he comes here, i will not tolerate any critique of those he sayd he was ready to come here.

I'd leave him for one more season at Sass. He pulled some great numbers, but there were plenty of games in between when he wouldn't be good enough, seemed very raw, losing the ball countless of times, failing to control simple pass, misplacing passes, etc.. Seen about 10 games and that's my impression. If he were to come here he needs to be more consistent and mentally ready. I'd hate to see him getting few minutes every now and then, he needs to be protagonist, to challenge Llorente and Tevez for their spots, to rotate with them. Also he seemed more like SS, rather than a winger and I doubt he could be part of attacking trident, Llorente- Tevez- Berardi as few suggested.

No one is comparing the players jesus are you all dense? :sergio:

The point being made with the two players IN THE SAME SENTENCE is one was given ample playing time and the other SHOULD be given the same amount of chances to work his way into the starting 11 which he could very well do.

Holy shit I would need a chain saw to cut my way through the density here.
If you can recall Pogba's beginnings here, first few months, it was anything but ample of playing time. He was sub, coming on late, few starts, once even left out of the squad because he was late for training. It all changed in the 2nd part part of the season and overall he had 37 appearances in all competition, little more than 60 minutes per game. He worked his way through and by the 2nd season he became undisputed starter. That's what Berardi would be facing here, tough competition and very little playing time in the beginning. For that he needs to be mentally ready, not to lose confidence in his abilities if Conte decides to leave him out or send him on the stands and when the opportunity is given to him he needs to seize it, like Pogba. Very difficult.

Anyone who's seen enough of Berardi's, will recognize that mental arrogance, toughness and fighting for every ball and consistency through out the course of the game are the most prominent of his attributes. I think if given the chance to work his way to the starting line-up, he's well capable of this challenge and will come good.

I think Berardi would solve a lot of problems for us and I don't think we can aim higher than him. He'll be the perfect player for us right now. I can't wait for us to sign him. He can potentially become better than Pogba.

I hope that he can breakthrough in a similar fashion to Pogba. It's always nice to see one of our young players succeeding at the highest level. If mgt is serious of bringing him back than Conte will need to give him a lot of playing time, otherwise he'll stagnate and we'll be making a mistake. It is wrong if we are to think that he is our saviour and to rely entirely on him. Berardi when brought here will need a lot of support from seniors, sometimes in correcting mistakes on the pitch he's bound to make at this age.

One of the worst troll post I've seen here, kinda amateurish.

I love the fact that some lurkers/and or new posters are compelled to end their hiatus of not posting and absolutely rip into Zach after a usual, holier-than-thou, know it all spiel :D

How do you know he isn't mentally ready?

Didn't say he wasn't, only expressed some of my concerns, but nevertheless it's fair assumption to make considering his age. What makes you think he is ready for us? How many games have you seen of him? Or is he another Immobile for you, guy you had barely seen, but still moan because he was sold. :p

True. As this number of garbage posters increase relatively, and the ones with actual added value post less or not, its an indication of the downward spiral of this board.

Strongly considering leaving this place, such a shithole it became.

I'm pretty good though, right? Maybe not as good as Klin or Burke but nowhere near as bad as Alvin or BD right?

Why would I rave about a player I don't watch? :D

I think you are looking for Dusan who raved about Marco Motta.

Seriously, I'm done with trying to convey to these fuucktards how many ounces of IQ-reducing dung they consume everyday just by clicking "load" on their saved Football Manager game. No, playing time in Serie A is not the most important thing for young players, and no, posters here have certainly never played a game of football in real life.

"They need to play games, otherwise they suck!"

"There's no way they can ever get good without playing for other teams (who are all garbage Serie A teams anyway who always lose!)!"

"we have to loan them so they can play against the best sides (the sides they want to play for anyway, which defeats the purpose of loaning!)!

If that is the case, please stick with FM and do not ever get your fat fuucking asses on the pitch.

That is hilarious coming from you.

This place was actually good several years ago, then people like you arrived.

That is a big shame.

Nah, u have been not enought time in here to say that. Believe me... even with the trolls and everything... the football discussion in this forum are MUCH better now than 7 or 8 years ago.

One of the great posters of this forum that we are missing was a guy named "Denco" who knew a lot about football. This forums miss him.
