No player his age since 1994/95 has scored four goals in a single game. Berardi is the first to accomplish the feat against Milan, not to mention he’s now been involved in Sassuolo’s last seven league goals. If the Juve prospect is doing this sort of damage at his age, imagine what he’ll be able to do in a couple of years. This kid is going to be a special player.

Berardi: 14 apps, 11 goals, 5 assists*, 1050 minutes

*Some say 5 assists, some say 2 assist. We'll go with the higher number. :p

Regardless of his crazy amount of goals in only 14 matches, I'm in love with this grinta and non-stop running. The kid NEVER stops running.

2 assists is official, 5 assists is the 'Red method' (inc. penalties won). Bit odd to get an assist on your own penalty goal, but there it is.

Either way his stats have been very impressive for his age.

Good article on co-ownership: https://medium.com/p/7ed62749d202

The co-ownership is actually a deal in which one team, the holder of the tesseramento, sells a “participation right” to another team. The first team has actually a controlling position, so to make things easier they will be referred as Controllers, while the other team will be the Participants
So, to apply the rules to Berardi’s situation: Juventus and Sassuolo first swapped the two players to ensure that Juve are now the Controllers over Berardi, while Sassuolo are Controllers over Marrone. Then both teams sold the participation right to create two co-ownerships. Furthermore, Juventus gave Berardi’s contract to Sassuolo to keep him playing for the Neroverdi while remaining the Controllers.
