We wanted to take him back, but we already had agreed before with Sassuolo that he would have spent at least 2 seasons with them, that's it.

Ah, just to underline some things: When Pogba came here was totally a NOBODY, a sore loser, the ugly duck of Man Utd that played barely 3 professional matches and there were talks to loan him to Atalanta, stopped by Raiola (think about that ) and only became HERE the monster he now is, before he had talent and nothing more, and didn't show nothing before. Don't forget that. But someone says he was "more mature, more ready" than a guy that has been rocking a league in a small team at the age of 19, scoring 16 in more or less 30 matches with suspensions and assisting a lot for his dumb teammates, playing well and saving them alone. If he did that in another league he would have other european giants following him... He's got skills, sharp character, and he didn't play "terrible" in any match as said, he hasn't always been the hero of the match, but was nowhere bad. BE CAREFUL, I did not say that he is better than Pogba, the Pulp is currently the best youngster in the world and play in a different position, it's really a no-brainer and only an idiot would dispute that, but I'm sure that if I didn't explicate that someone would accuse me of that. He will spend another year at Sassuolo where he will confirm and will return here as a protagonist, perhaps having already been called for the NT next year (this year he wasn't also for behaviour issues). So, where is the problem?

A lot of Pogba's mental attributes I would see as coming from him realising that at Juventus he had a real chance to develop into the player he clearly believed and believes he is capable of becoming. The incident where he was sent to the stands for a game for being late for training, and the following training session was the first man there. That is a great indicator that his head is in the right place. But don't forget that he was late for training in the first place. He took his punishment like a man and bounced back from it in the way we all wanted him to. But before that experience he was obviously less serious (if only slightly) about training.

My point with regard to Berardi is that he surely would see Juventus bringing him back as his big chance in much the same way. He's had a chance to show what he can do at Sassuolo and has absolutely ripped it up. There's no way he'll take that as a sign of having 'made it' and stop working. Not with all of the talk at this club of this being a project aiming at becoming a big team in Europe again. We're after wingers and we own half of one of the league's best. It's honestly a no-brainer. 16 fucking goals!

I wanted to see how many assists and went onto the legaseriea.it website and found this. These stats surely cannot be correct? http://www.legaseriea.it/en/serie-a-tim/campionato-classifica/stats/assist-man?p_p_id=BDC_classifica_marcatori_WAR_LegaCalcioBDC&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&p_p_col_id=column-1&p_p_col_count=1

Or he simply wants to hear what he thinks of the player since he values his opinion? Can be that easy, no need to antagonistic about it.

Just let him play FFS. If he has any skills, theres no way in hell he would fail to deliver with the amount of already decent plyers we have. He did that ina shid team, with porr teammates and he simply destroyed. Now...explain me how he can fail in a team he will be even more eager to ripe, and with class service and back up.

Yes, he cannot fail.

Same reason why the big majority of the u19 stars never become senior stars.
More pressure, alot more competition, and consistancy required

Low risk high reward.

If he wanna flop, thats his problem. Give him the minutes.
We need a winger now and he did it bug time in serie A last season. If we dont gamble with a player with his numbers...we will never do with anyone.

Also, the main issue: All the upgrades for that position are far away from our wallet capacity, so it is not like we are ful of options.

:agree:

Even if Sanchez came we still would need him. Why bothering with Biabianys of this world if you can give a chance to the kid. Every big club would bring back Berardi it's just Juve that never do that with its youngsters :sergio:
