How? Are you that dumb?
1-0 down, chasing the game, being dropped from the starting line up in recent weeks and malesani still yet to record a win since taking charge of sassuolo meaning his job is already on the line. I guess that is one way to add more pressure to call for malesani's head. Doesn't sound dumb to me at all

But extremely unprofessional, assuming that was his real motivation, which I very much doubt.

So that justifies letting your team down like that? Yep, dumb it is.

Effectively Malesani was the worst manager possible for this guy (along with the other likes of Serse Cosmi, etc. etc.). The kind of old school fuckers that if a youngster doesn't perform in one-two match in a row prefers to bench him to give space to the lkes of 30 years old trashes like Floccari or Floro Flores cause they've got "more experience" and then goes in front of the cameras sing that Berardi is not focusing enough. This is not the way of handling him, and today's "performance" with the red card shows it. It was stupid of course, but it's just a consequence of the fact that the benches and the fact that Sassuolo is heading down to Serie B after that he was considered a saviour and under this manager he can't get the possibilities. Let's not forget that he's 19. Fortunately, Malesani has "SACKED" written all over his face, the results are terrifying, and that will happen in the space of few weeks.

di biaggio another clueless manager on the levels of malesani :sergio:
Did Gentile kill somebody or f*cked Abete's wife or something? He should have a job in Serie A. He did well with the under team and should get a chance somewhere.
