I remember that. I feed or resident Ganesha idol a few spoons of milk. I thought it was a miracle too, but was still skeptical. Look up 'Hindu milk miracle' on Wikipedia. Scientists experimented with it and offered capillary action and surface tension as an explanation.

The funniest part is God could have used those actions to perform the miracle. If you go up to a statue now it won't do that anymore so therefore when it was happening it was a miracle

With all his power, he had to perform a miracle that was easily explained by natural phenomena? Some miracle that is.
Does it still happen? Did it only happen during that time? Then it's a miracle no matter how simple the explanation may seem. It's not happening so the explanation doesn't really hold water as it would always happen and it doesn't

There's no point arguing with you because you see miracle happen in everything in everyday.

Edit: The phenomenon happened again in 2006 & 2010. Go figure.

While you see the opposite, even if you have no explanation for it, just one argument, one day science will prove it. So whats the difference?

Maybe FIFA World Cup has something to do with it?

It's not happening continuously so the question is why I it stating up suddenly and then stopping just as suddenly. If your scientific explanation was the answer it would always be happening not just when it wants to

The difference is that I'm not making up fairy tales that explain them just so that I have an explanation.

And yeah, FIFA World cup took place in 1995. :shifty:

Science may not get the answer right at the first attempt. But just because there are gaps in the explanation, doesn't mean that you can insert your favorite god and his miracles to explain it.

Oh ok, I guess science has a more important objective then just to have an explanation, I wonder what that is... Maybe to get the next explanation that comes after that. Reminds me of a trapped mouse in a wheel, just running around in in the same spot.

It's so convenient always having an out isn't it? A few posts back that answer was why it wasn't a miracle now it's science hasn't answered it yet but science will. You're so ridiculous why are you in this thread. You have no desire for actual discussion. All you do is mock and ridicule you and a few of your friends. You want no true dialogue in your opinion theists are idiots and should be treated as such while you and the arrogant bunch are elitist know it alls or so you think

It's not that he doesn't want a dialog, but that he's already made up his mind how the dialog should end - You, and all other who believe becoming atheists.
