The whole Islam, Jews & Christians and the Abrahamic god has always made me chuckle - how riled up people get - you all believe in the same god and worship it...what difference does it make how you do it? Shows your limited knowledge of Christianity, the purpose of christ coming was to DIE and Ressurect, to carry the sins of the world on his death, so that the mankind can be forgiven, why would he spare him, if that was the reason for his birth? The death and ressurection shows the defeat of earthly death and ressurection in the new Jerusalem
