That's what I'm talking about:
First you write from left to right, than you have that letter which is "w","u" and "o" in the same time, than you are connecting letters in the words from the different sides, than you have "th" in "this" and "th" in "teeth".....:sigh: it is mission impossible for me.
You mean writing from right to left...

Well, I heard that it is a very difficult language...

I think only the Chinese (Cantonese) one is harder...

The thing is that you can learn to read it or listen to it, but I don't think a non-Arab person will ever learn pronouncing the accurate letters, if he learns it after 20 years old...

Well, I doubt it, man...

Can you really read the first letter in the left column??

It's not a normal "D"...

It's a stronger "D"...

This letter, actually, is the most difficult one to be learnt by non-Arabs, because simply only the Arabic language has this letter in the whole world...
I swear I can bro... I have some Arab friends you know, they taught me :eyebrows:

ReBel,what about the "e" letter?
Well, I don't want to make it so impossible, but we have some Arabic vowels which are added on some letters to give a light movement for that letter...

For Example:

The first vowel in the table below is a light "a". This vowel is written up on the letter...

The second one is a light "o" or "u". This vowel is also written up on the letter...

The third one is a light "e" or "i". This vowel is written under the letter...

Ohhh God....ReBeL this is hard...
My girl learned to read and pronounce the letters all by herself using two pages of the Lebanon Lonely Planet book. Now I can hold a conve rsation with her for up to two or three phrases. Nothing is hard when one really wants something.

Actually, it is she who asks to learn, I don't speak Arabic without her asking for it.
