Do you live at home? (3 Viewers)

Do you live at home with your parents?

  • I live with my parents, but I'm a poor student

  • I live with my parents, yes, I'm a bum

  • I don't live with my parents. Please, someone cook for me!?

  • I did away with my parents using a sharpened football, and buried them in the back garden

I live at home... my home. And out here, that cost me an arm and a leg. (But as long as those Columbian drug lords don't find me, I should be ok. ;) )

Fortunately, my wife is one of the best cooks I've ever known. :thumb: Comes in handy when I can send her to cooking classes for gifts, because the payback is fantastic. :lick:

July 31st (2 days) would be exactly one year since I left home and came to America and basically lived on my own.

I love it (no parents). But I miss my country, I miss it so bad. It's the best place to be, much better than America. I wish I was living on my own back home.

To the extent that the relationship with my parents was seriously deteriorating and I decided to move out after a fight, something they weren't too pleased with. To make things worse: I actually moved to a foreign country too... I was only just 18 at the time.

Things were never the same.

Oh, and I'm a good cook and I know my laundry thanks to a girl-friend :D
No offense Erik, but did that have anything to do with your choice of sexuality? And yes, you can choose to use your discretion on this one. :)

I share a house with 3 other students. It is very cost-effective.
That's what I am doing. My dad bought a house and we are renting out the rooms to my friends. It's going to be crazy.

thats what i meant
per year?

Canada is much cheaper than the US. I wanted to go Canada but I never did chemistry so I couldn't get in for Engineering.

I was planning to do chemistry here first, then perhaps in a year or two transfer to Canada or Europe.

What University are you at?
