Why didn't they ask Del Neri to start the games with another formation other than 4-4-2 where both Ale and Diego can play? Or better, why didn't they hire another coach who wouldn't play 4-4-2?
Because Marotta likes Del Neri and thought he'd be "the coach" for Juve. He uses a 442 and Del Neri is very inflexible. Seeing that he'd start Diego over Del Piero, Marotta decided that the Brazilian needed to go. Simple.

You rascals who think outside the box...without you, Juventus would be nothing.
Unlike the geniuses who think Del Piero is bigger than Juve? Not to mention starting Del Piero now is a waste of time, we're looking at the past instead of moving forwards.

Thought I'd pop by to see how the folk on the Hill are coping.

Badly it seems. I just wish all this fuss was over a better player.
Yeah, especially that Juve is a well known club for buying talented crazy skilled players specially Brazilians, we fucking wanked 2 years to get Diego then some fucking moron ruined it in less than 2 hours, it's like getting a Ferrari as a gift only to discover that you can't afford gas prices and when you finally do it gets stolen. And yeah before someone laughs at me calling Diego talented crazy skilled, he may not be according to Milan, Madrid, Barca standards but for us thats as skilled as it gets.
