He needs to step his game up, but who the hell is he supposed to give the ball to? He was our only creative player on the pitch yesterday.

Any creative player who's supposed to play behind a striker would cry with a midfield consisting of Sali's and PouPou's to combine with surely.

Ok, maybe we expected him to step up a bit more, but the current form of basically everyone is rather crap and the formations aren't quite helping him, there is no support. We saw a better Diego in the 4-2-3-1, surely we all agree?
Yes i think that he'd play better in that formation but its not entirely Ferrara's fault not to use that formation. We simply don't have the players right now to play that system.

I doubt he called to them, I think what happened is that they asked and he answered, they putted the words "excluseive" and thats it., no problems here imo.

Well since Camo AND Gio are injured, you can say we really don't. Before though, it was only Camo who was injured, so someone like Rossi could've made an appearance imo.

Even if only for a half. We tend to wait till the youngsters aren't youngsters anymore before we play them, so that nobody can blame the manager for taking a 'risk'.

I'm just worried that by the time we become good again Diego will have forgotten all his creativity since this current team offers him no opportunities whatsoever to exercise those skills.

No I don't want that, Bremen are way better now without him because they are way more flexible.
Well Diego isn't used to this situation. he'll learn and shine again I guess.

I noticed there doing well this season. Like I said in the Melo thread I will judge our new players once we get a manager who has a clue. Constant switching formations does not work contray to Ciro's belief. Diego needs support infront of him to shine.

I over viewed it and instantly stopped when I saw his answer to the question who he'd want from Inter and Milan  Yeah more Brazilians, smart you are Diego.

They improved a lot, way better football they are playing now.
 We'll see what happens, I'd like to see him in the hole between DM and AM.

Playing behind Giovinco and another quick young player would be sweet.
