I always wondered how the likes of Melo, Aquilani and Diego would have fitted into the Conte regime... He's either destroy them (ala Elia, Krasic, Iaquinta, Amauri ect) or turn them into absolute gems (ala Vidal, Marchisio, Marrone, Barzagli, Asah, Pogba. Also, for me, the likes of Bonny, Caceres and Giak are getting there).
