Alright, if this is true, then those who called us crackpots and pessimists for thinking Diego might be sold owe us an apology. The evidence has always pointed to Diego being on the market
if the right offer came, which was what Marotta said.
Looks like it's either already been made or in the process of being made.
Its starting to worry me that rumors have been going through press in Italy for days now and we haven't heard a comment from Diego or Juventus yet.
I really don't believe that they would sell him but this silence is unnerving.
Why wouldn't you believe it? Nobody at Juventus has said Diego is off the market.
Pepe - Melo - Marchisio - Martinez
Amauri - Dzeko
Fuck it. Twin towers upfront.
I smell old fashion 4-4-2 Capello style
That's just absolute crap, really. And no, that's not a Capello 4-4-2 with Juve, that's a helluva lot worse. That team listed above is an absolute joke compared to Camo, Vieira, Emerson, Nedved, Terezeguet and Del Piero.
Is Amauri going to score from all those perfect crosses and start actually putting his shots on target? Is DP, Trez and IQ all going to stay injury free? Is Krasic going to be a massive success like you are lusting him to be? Do you have all the answers?
Maybe not, but with that midfield above, I wouldn't even bet on Dzeko equalling his totals in Bundesliga.
OK, we shipped out Giovinco, and now Camoranesi and Diego are reported to be on their way out too. So, where is the offensive creativity supposed to come from? Pepe and Lanzafame are not exactly the world class players Juventus has been used to for the last 100 years.
If we thought the creativity under Ferrara, Ranieri and Capello was bad, we're in for a big surprise. To be frank, we won't create shit with that midfield.
Bring in Krasic and like an Aquilani and things might be different, but don't bet on the latter.
We have truly become Inter.
I'm not in favour of selling Diego but you look at it in a simplistic way
most of the teams don't have a player like Diego in their team but still they can be succesful
Which ones?
I see an Inter having Sneijder who is somewhat similar to Diego, I see Bayern having a Muller, I see Barca having creative players along with Madrid.
Without Diego, where will the creativity come from? I don't see it from any of the wingers we have, like Pepe or Lanzafame. Del Piero has it, sure. But where else in midfield? Melo?
If we sell Diego, we need a creative central midfielder. We probably need one with Diego, but now the situation would turn out to be critical.
No idea what these guys are thinking.
