not 100% and not enough service...the few times he did get time on the ball, he looked a threat...and that sliding tackle in the 1st half was just amazing

Shame we couldn't control midfield, would like to see him further up the pitch.

Edit: And I'd like to see a midfield which is much better in possession, because there were too many mistakes made.

He was let down by his teammates tonight, the Forwards have their back to the ball, and run off the ball bit randomly, no intelligent runs whatsoever, and the midfield behind him, except Camo, hardly could keep possession at all (Marchisio lost the ball ALL THE TIME). The former made him hold the ball up when higher up, because the forwards wasnt helping him, and the latter forced him to go too deep to get the ball all the time (didnt help either the fullbacks didnt provide width at all).

Exactly, they made him run instead of distribute.
