Carvalho and Diego...two world class players and getting back those players who are on loan..and thats all folks..
I would take Barzagli (I know he isn't exactly a world class player but he is indeed a good defender and he is young, he still has around 6-8 years) and Diego he is a really good playmaker and would give us that flair that is needed in midfield.

PS: I like Carvalho and I think that he is in the top 10 defenders but I don't want us to turn into Inter with all of their foreign playes, right now they have no italian players in their first eleven.

Short of getting Carvalho I think Barzagli is our best option at CB. I'd prob take him over Canna too. Think we should make a move in Jan too, not wait for summer, its only the very surprising (not to mention out of character!) form of Legro keeping us together at back. And that folks, is a scary thing to admit!

agreed Nedved is past it..He's a legend and if he wants to stay at the club then let him stay..but Juve needs to get a replacement fast.

Yeah but lets not forget that Real Madrid want Diego also, since they couldn't get their hand on Kaka. Damn you AC Milan.

If we can't get Diego, we should try for Quaresma or Lucho Gonzalez. Also try to sign Boworski since he will be a free agent during the summer. He would make a wonderful addition to our team.

i dont see us getting diego because there would be a long list of big teams with plenty of cash waiting for him.

i think our only chance would be Riquelme, i doubt many others would be gunning for him. i think he'll suit us very well if it was to happen.

 to Riquelme

Diego is worth to sign, but then again he will attract a lot of clubs and I don´t see him choosing Juve. Add to that, Juvetnus didn´t show serious interest in Diego.

When I see Modric's name on that Tuttosport cover, I'm gonna go berzerk.

Diego, who?

Juventus chief Secco planning Diego bid
tribalfooball.com - November 09, 2007

Juventus are planning a January move for Werder Bremen midfield ace Diego.

Tuttosport says Juve sports chief Alessio Secco has had the Brazil international watched 12 times already this season and knows it will cost over £15 million to prise him away from Germany.

Secco plans to fund their bid for Diego with the sale of Argentine midfielder Sergio Almiron.

Diego revealed today: "When I was still at Santos I was contacted by Juve. It fascinated me the idea of playing alongside Alessandro Del Piero, then, unfortunately, the negotiations ran aground."

A move in January!!!
It can be possible, if Bremen crashes out of CL in the group stages!
It also would be ideal for us, as Diego can take enough time to adapt!
