I bet that most of the members from Juventuz.com support another team also. Specially if you are from another country other than Italy.

PS: Anyways this thread isn't about who I support, it's about Diego and the possibility of his arrival. If you guys want to keep talking about it, be my guess and open a thread :blah:

do you really think our board can get a player that whole europe is chasing ?

dream on ..
Well, AC Milan, Inter, Barcelona, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Manchester United are out of the race. They all have a quality players in his position. Kaka(AC Milan), Stankovic(Inter), Iniesta/Ronaldhino (Barcelona),Cesc Fabregas(Arsenal), Werder Bremen would rather sell Diego to foreign team than to strength their league rivals(Bayer Munich; well i hope they see it that way), Gerrard (Liverpool) and Machester United has a lot of midfield players (C. Ronaldo, Giggs, Scholes, Nani, Hargreaves, Carrick. So their midfield is good). On the other hand Chelsea might just bid for him since they risk loosing Lamps and Real Madrid have Guti ( lets face it, he isn't that good and he is unconsistent). So yeah we might have a small opportunity to get him. But we will be fighting against two of the biggest money spending clubs Chel$ki and Real Madrid. Besides Diego might like the idea of being the man to bring back glory to a fallen giant like Juventus. :weee:

actually i do. Juventus is and always will be one of the most prestigious clubs in world football, it wont be long before we are attracting superstars again. keep the faith bruv, football is all about cycles, we have ended one but i doubt it will be too long before juve are back at the forefront of european football

Nope he is still in Real Madrid, where have you been living for these past months, lol. :wallbang:

PS: You might be confused bc the only player to leave from Real Madrid to Valencia was Ivan Helguera, but i would find it hard to see how anyone might get that wrong, bc their names don't even rhyme.

i think sneijder is more appropriate to be said as playing the role diego's been playing in wb.

as a supplement, im pretty sure barca isnt looking for any playmaker with the no. of quality player(ronaldinho, messi, deco) they already have. same goes to real madrid(sneijder, robben n guti). but the prob's reali their habit of spending foolishly. so i reali think real madrid's gonna stil bid for diego. as for valencia, with joaquín and vicente, i think they're more into wingers.

epl
from what i hve seen in the past, im pretty sure wenger aint gonna buy expensive player like diego. having rosicky, cesc and helb also mean, arsenal doesnt need a playmaker. nani, ronaldo, and anderson are reali enuf for man utd. as for liverpool, i reali think liverpool would look into getting diego, becoz gerrard aint reali playing the att role there. their att mid are reali jus pennant, benayoun n kewell. same goes with chelsea, they might go for diego if they fail to get kaka or ronaldinho(which is ridiculous) and becoz of their spendind habit.

seria a
obviously milan aint gonna make a move as long as kaka remains. as for inter, i think they hav plenty quality in the mid, but not att, their att mid are jus stanković n figo(who's going to retire). it's possible that they're interested too. as for roma, nope as long as totti is there.

so basically, we're only competing with liverpool, inter, chelsea, n real madrid. so, finger crossed. personally i think liverpool cant afford financially. so only 3 clubs we're competing with.

we should swoop in for him ASAP, i'm a big fan of Diego and if you believe the rumours then there could be some movements of attacking mids next summer.

eg. If Ronaldinho or Deco move on then Barca will be looking for a new AM.
If Milan sell Kaka, then they will be looking for a new AM.
If Chelsea sell Lampard they will be looking for a new AM.
and so on.

I know that its unlikely for all or even any of these transfers but you get the point. We need to act fast while we have the chance and before someone else swoops in, lets not see another Milito saga!
