We don't necessarily need to have a creative AM but we do need to have at least one CM with a good range of passing, whether this be Almiron or Tiago or whoever.
I would like to keep Camo and Neddy, or have similar style players, with a Milan style CM ie a Gattuso type destroyer beside a playmaker like Pirlo. While I don't expect us to sign players on that level, that is the midfield system I would like to see us play.

in both formations we would have to sacrifice the full backs and there we will need three of the best CBs in the league to keep those goals from going in.

I don't mind diego or VDV but if we are to bring them then i can't see how are we going to keep camo especially. As i can't see any of those players sitting on the bench and rotation isn't the best system imo.

we need an amf to run our midfield and help our strikers...so many players coem to mind but id love for diego to join esp since we have no big brazilian names in our squad..or argentinean
but diego will cost around 25million euros which is nearly half our budget so i dont see it happening

Balzaretti, came for free, we sell him for money and get a free replacement in Molinaro and already have a replacement at the club in Chiellini. That's actually a gain of capital, instead of a waste.
These formations would compromise Nedved and Camoranesi's abilities even more. Both their strengths lie in the offence, if you constrict them to these defensive roles, you'll waste them. If you do let them play to their fullest offensively, the team will suffer immensly defensively. To be honest, I want Nedved and Camo to get more freedom in attack and not have to think about defending as much. Which is impossible in your formations.
Giovinco isn't staying this season probably. If he were to stay, he should function as Nedved's understudy.
