Here we go again with this BS argument! If you have the proper coach, and a strong board, with a competent and charismatic GM and sporting director, this wouldn't be an issue. Juve are not a small time club, and are bound to emerge again as serious contenders, hopefully within the coming 3 years.
You sell a winning project to the players, convince them that they will become an integral part of it, and that they can bring this club forward and win together!
However, with your mentality, we should accept and resign ourselves to accepting 2'nd best, and then hope that we get lucky and somehow end up finishing 3'rd so that the potential of CL football can attract top players. If not, repeat the cycle, until either shit continues to hit the fan, or we somehow miraculously find a magical cure.
