Juventus> Fener in terms of prestige and international marketability even without the CL.
I agree. But they're richer.

Lugano is 30. This is the last lucrative contract he might sign in his life. So I'd understand why he wants to stay in Fener, especially when he can play in Champions League.

And they didn't relegate Fener. How could they?

President of Turkish Federation is a die-hard Fenerbahce fan. He said, "his dream is to be president of Fenerbahce." one day. Of course, he wouldn't relegate them.

"We have information and documents but they are not adequate to make a decision. We do not have enough evidence to reach a verdict," said Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, head of the federation.

How much did Mesut go for? 55? I don't think so.

They're both Turkish, so obviously you don't know them better than us. And you're twisting words because nobody said Arda is far better than Mesut.

He went for 12+1 millions because he has 2 years remaining in his contract. If we didn't sell him this year, we would not be able to sell him for higher price next year. You can't sell anybody from Turkey more than 15 millions even if he's Ronaldo or Messi. Because Turkish league doesn't have the market for it. If Pastore played in Turkey, do you think he would have gone to PSG for over 40 mil? Of course not. Would you buy Melo from us for 24? Of course not.

It's not how much you can sell a player, its how great performance you get from him. We will see how he plays at Atletico. He's going to double his value in 2 years.

Just like Hernandez. Ferguson got him for 7 millions and he plays in every game. Do you think his value is same this year? Can Juventus buy him from Man Utd for 7 millions? If he was Italian or Spanish, Man Utd would never got him for 7 millions. They got him for so cheap because he's mexican.
Turan might double his value in a season or two, I don't know but until then he is nowhere near the level Mesut Ozil is at. It's got nothing to do with the Turkish market man, neither with the fact that he was on his last two years of his contract. It's just that Turkish league is not known for producing talents so big clubs are not willing to take the risk of paying big money on players like Turan no matter how talented they seem to be in Turkish league. They first need to prove themselves at top level.

richer ? good for you, and other turkey

But who the fuck wants to play in that country, besides players from a certain south american country who mostly play in russia because of the money ?

Fenerbahce is not richer than Juve. Even if they were, who cares?

Lugano is an overrated player. He is 1/5 of Montero.

But if you want a decent defender and his cost is 3.5m €, he wont be a bad choice.
