Ntvspor reports that the clubs have agreed on a deal, with PSG paying just €3m for the 30-year-old Uruguay international who recently captained his nation to the Copa America.

Lugano is now expected to fly to France for a medical before signing a €3.5m per annum contract.

The stopper was previously linked with Juventus, Genoa and Lazio, but it seems their interest has weakened as PSG swoop on the market once more.

yep, free agency is a sweet thing for many.
wonder how much B Alves is getting at Zenit as he was a pretty high profile CB when he left Porto and I'd imagine Zenit must have offered him a rich contract to make him go to Russia ... would his salary be any less than Lugano's supposed demands? ... doubt he would take a pay-cut to go to Juve, if anything, he would likely be looking for a raise.
