They did announce the decision. They are waiting court's decision which means that they won't be relegating this year.

I haven't read anything about Lugano to go to Juve on Turkish media. They're not saying anything but he did express his excitement about CL a month ago. He does have 3.5 million option for any team who would wanna get him.

I hope Juve get him because then Fener won't be able to get anyone that good for that price.
