It's pretty clear that his dad wants Diego to come to Italy to raise his profile even higher, which he would certainly do at Juventus. I don't think we have to worry about Bayern in this battle.

I don't mind having to change our system around to accommodate this great player. In fact, his signing would be a good thing on multiple levels as we wouldn't be stuck with my hated straight 4-4-2, unless some idiot tries to play Diego at left-wing.

He's not arrogant, he just is very good at deflecting attention away from the club, and that's what he's doing. We've had problems of late with the changing of the manager, etc., so he's putting himself out there to get more of the attention than the new manager and team.

My advice.... Don't bet on seeing Ale on the bench next year. Just don't.
