miguel? 5 years ago perhaps but now? id rather have grygera in all honesty miguel is a drunken inconsistant wreck
I have always liked Miguel... and I want that one of our LB/RB to move forward alot and be very good offensively.

Ok nice that he has been bad, maby a move to Juventus would wake him up, if we can get him cheap why not? Grygera,Miguel as RB would be nice. And then we offload Zebina.

It's hard to find good fullbacks, another way could be to look in Brazil and Argentina, and maby take some good young prospect from there

we can really do without miguel's trouble some attitude, there's gotta be some kick ass rb in the primavera somewhere

If we get Diego then I forgive Secco for some of his bad deals and stupid choices.

Sissoko,Marchisio,Diego,Giovinco,Chiellini,De Ceglie,Crisicito .. and all the talented players from the primavera.. what a future we have.

But Ranieri is the big?, if we want to win thing we need another coach. Give us Prandelli ;)

we've been following him for at least 3 years now when i had said back in serie B that the ultras had demanded a proper replacement for zidane eventhough news on diego hasnt really developed till the last year or 2, i want him simply because i want a version of the old davids - zidane partnership, we have our davids in the form of sissoko now we need the zidane. In addition i feel we really need another dimension to our current formation, we're clearly becomming too predictable and diego fits the bill for me
Not again

Miguel is playing great this season. Defensively and offensively. He is a great player. I watch Valencia alot and I am all abouth him. I would take him over Bosingwa.

I do agree with you about playing Poulsen over Marchsio in the formation i posted earlier. He is very good tactically. I would play him inbetween Momo and Camo in the formation so he can drop back in front of the defence. Anyway Marchisio will see alot of playing time either way give injuries and suspensions.
bosingwa should take up kung fu anyways. whats this i hear that marchisio can play rb?

I dont think he can?

Bosingwa was hilarious when he shoved dude off the field with his foot. Miguel does not have an attitude. I think you have a very poor opinion of Miguel but it is not accurate.

Robben said Miguel was the best player to have ever marked him.. Dinho said something like that too when he was playing excellently at Barca. Miguel has been brilliant with Joaquin on the Valencia right this season.

well if we do get Diego and play him as an attacking mid we can't rely on Momo to hold down the CM on his own. He is too rash for that job.. Poulsen could as he is more even keel and good in positioning. But even then we would get over run. I dont see us ever playing a diamond. we would probably play something like:

---DP------Trez--------
-------Diego---------
Marchisio-Momo-Camo

Tiago(great in a 3 man mid) or Poulsen could also play if Camo is not fit. But I htink we need 2 DM's at all times given our problem fullbacks and weakness in defence when it is not protected by the mids.
When Juve were playing with Zidane-Davids, we were dominating other teams in the midfield. Diego and Sissoko as BD mentioned look to be that exact potent formula.

Remembering then we have Deschamps, Tarchinardi, Di Livio, Conte, Pecchia to support Zidane-Davids. We now have Poulsen, Marchisio, Tiago, Camo, Marchionni. So its not very far off if we do get Diego and he performs at the high level that made him so sought after ...

yeah maby, but I want a attacking one :p.. Santon from Inter seems to be promising. Motta from Udinese was a player we could get but Roma toke him.

Di Silvestre from Lazio is good but very hard to get.

I do not know so much about ours fullbacks i the primavera, Bamba plays RB but I do not think he is ready for the A-team yet. The other fullbacks havent I seen so.

What about Eboue, he have showed some class in Arsenal, especially the first season. Ok he has been poor the last season or 2 seasons :p but he have potensial to be good? He is free so why not

Thats unfair. He never managed one of the big boys.

and its not like Ranieri's cabinet is full of trophies either, is it?

I agree totally. Prandelli is a terrific coach. But Ranieri has not really been at top clubs his whole career either (chelsea were only a top club for one season with him) and Valencia tend to blow hot or cold (I would rank them like Roma.. good but not expected to win trophies)

You are still correct though

exactly, so if we are to change Ranieri then we need a significant upgrade, not with a guy who produces teams that play pretty football and not much else

Eboue has been played out of position the past couple of years, thats the main reason for his poor showings. I maintain my stance that he's a good fullback.

Miguel is a much better option though, he's been doing well this season like CalcioJuventus stated earlier, and despite his horror season last year, i still think that ability wise he is one of the best fullbacks in Europe. Whats for sure is, that he's a big upgrade on Grygera.

it's still unfair to judge ranieri on his last season at chelsea, afterall he did build the founding blocks that mourinho inheritted, i.e he had signed cech, coached terry and lampard to the players we know them to be etc...

Lazio seem to be in need of a good CM .. esp if Ledesma leaves .. maybe we can tempt them to give us Di Silvestri or Lichtsteiner for Almiron or Tiago? That would be excellent.
