diego has italian citizenship and amauri should be getting his soon. doesnt matter.
It Does matter,
the Law is saying 6 players who are able to play for the National team of team's country.its not about passport and citizenship at all.they consider the national team he plays for or able to play for.

those sort of numbers shud be banned.....i think all numbers above 30 should be banned unless all of the numbers below 30 are taken and then they shud be sequential
Under the old management taking stupid numbers like this were outlawed, for example Buffon had 88 and 77 at Parma but he had to wear 1 here. I would have though the current administration would enforce the same, some clubs have to maintain a sense of tradition. :flag1:

There has been a long time since we had a skilled player as him in the midfield.
I dont count camo because he is more a winger than anything else (a skilled one of course).

....because well, you see, Nedved is as all purpouse midfielder.... but he doesnt was known for his magical touches and balll dominion.... but more for his tenacious behaviour, great shot, and incisive style of going forward while defending.

But there has been really a long long time since we had this "Fantasista" style of player in our midfield..... this kind of player who focuses on attacking, but with great technique and flair, and above all, great vision of game. Someone to take the control of midefield and mark the pace of the game.

Now luckily for us...we have also a player like giovinco.... with an above average technique and ball control.

Im not taking Diego´s deal for granted, but if it takes place...and the new coach (hopefully, crossing fingers here also) , manage well his chess pieces....we are up for a great great midfield.... and lets hope...a new era for juventus.

After all this years of defensive midfielders , one after another...it seems we are finally seeing some light.

It's very possible he will wear number 11 :depressed
What's so depressing about that? Nedved announced his retirement before Diego arrived to the club, it's not like he's stealing the number from him. I find the retiring thing silly to be honest, new players get to wear legends' jerseys and try to live up to the name of the predecessors. It's all healthy and positive.

It has nothing to do with Diego. I'm already feeling down that Pavel is retiring. I loved many players like Pavel, giving their everything on the field, from Ciro to Conte ending with Montero and etc.... but this time it's really breaking my heart.

I feel like a kid:cry:

it doesn't really matter who will wear his number

Diego 'Real Is My Preferred Choice'

Werder Bremen's Superstar Diego has sensationally announced that Real Madrid was his childhood team. 'Everyone who plays the game has dreamt of wearing the famous white shirt of Real Madrid' stated the pint sized Brazilian. In all honesty growing up as a kid and endless wet dreams of the thought cost my family hundreds in cleaning bills. My Father and agent wants me to go to Juventus but im not too keen on the thought. The truth is, im actually scared of Jonathan Zebinas hair style. I simply cannot understand the style.......just like Ranieri's football tactics. Either way im going to milk this transfer saga just like the gabby Milito deal did til i get my dream move.

number 11 should be kept aside for Pavel's son if he decides to play for Juventus. Diego would not deserve to wear a legend's number who has given so much to the club, maybe Diego could get Tiago's number as he is surely leaving.
