    Whereas it did get out of hand at times, Akhmedios could have handled the situation a lot better as well. For instance he could have cared less about the whole, not so important, issue.

    true (kinda the way you you did) he could have but he didnt have to; thats like saying we need to evaluate the character of every assault victim, find out if they could have dealt better with kicks and insults.
