You REALLY need to see Amauri's overall game if you just said he is similar to Trez and Vinnie. Him not being not Trez is DEAD obvious (Amauri's goals this season, many of them he has created for himself), but please tell me when you seen Vinnie do this:

Yeah ... Thats an NBA no-look pass, plus his curler beyond Buffon convinces me he should come to the Old Lady.

So we want to rip-off Udinese? Quagliarella, Zapata and Dossena? Are we really that good, I mean on borad (especially Secco) and Udinse that stupid to sell us their three best players?
Udinese are notorious in selling their players when they have a breakthrough, they auction them off pragmatically, and then just replace them with whatever players they snap up through their world wide ranged scouting system.

Still I doubt that they will let us take all their best players. I think that they will also want to build pretty strong team for next season and maybe try to compete for cl spot.

Quagliarella is versatile and with the purchase of Amauri, I could see the shuffle of Iaquinta to another team in return for a player while we also sign Quagliarella in another deal to have someone to cover for DP

After Amauri the last thing we need is another striker. I mean ive been waiting for the Amauri saga to end just so we can move onto another sector of our team after all. (No offense to Amauri because he is a good player and all). But i will reiterate Defenders and a CAM to Juve plz.

CR said two top players for every position.

one more midfielder, a leftback, with nedved staying I could see us going for a right-sided attacker.

if at least 2 out of iaquinta, palladion or marchionni leave why wouldn't this player make sense?

Arsenal are reported to have failed with a 12million euros (Ł9.5million) bid for Cristian Zapata.

The Udinese starlet is one of the most highly-rated young defenders in Europe and he is being tipped to move on this summer.

The 21-year-old Colombian joined the Bianconeri in 2005 from Deportivo Cali and he has been a regular for them over the past three seasons.

Milan, Juventus, Internazionale and Fiorentina are all keen - but Arsene Wenger is also very much in the market to land the young central defender.

Arsenal are believed to have made their interest known with a deal just below Ł10million - but that is still someway short of meeting Udinese's valuation.

Zapata has four-years left on his contract at the Friuli and it is believed the club would only consider a deal starting at 20 million euros (Ł15.8million).

It now remains to be seen whether Arsenal will make a renewed attempt to land the South America - although skysports.com also understands that two further Premier League sides are considering making bids.

We got Amauri, why are we even discussing Quaq, Di Natale and Cassano scenarios???
Where are the LMs??
Zapata would be a real upgrade to our defense, a very wise move, he is currently overpriced but we can make it work with a similar to Amauri's trading deal!
