i know that i'm jumping in a lil late on this one but to me its always been a toss up between N.O. & detroit. both are just shitholes to live in/visit but at least N.O. attracts tourists for sporting events and partying. my uncle worked in detroit for many years and i remember him telling my father that the chances of getting jooked after 10pm in detroit are the same as seeing an azn person in chinatown. that was in early-mid 90's, god knows what the odds are now...

see ya in nawlin's for NYE bayotches

:rofl2: This has got to be the funniest post I have seen yet on Juventuz.
It's not funny at all for several reasons. First of all, the kid should be placed into Baghdad with a boombox strapped around his waist that continuously plays that fucking crap he posted on Youtube. If he doesn't get shot within five minutes of deployment, somebody stabs him as many times as they can for three days. Secondly, that shit was never funny, just annoying as hell yet dumbfucks around the country continue laughing at that nonsense, thus giving that queerbag a job. Whether the little faggot was being serious or not, it doesn't matter, he should still have his balls cut off if he has any. And thirdly, I don't find it funny considering I'm from Detroit and the state of the city is far from a laughing matter, unlike Britney fucking Spears.

While Detroit may be a "shithole" to many people's standards, at least it offers more than thousands of worthless towns across the country filled with Nascar fans and idiots who love to carry around shotguns in the back of their trucks.

And I have been out in Detroit after 10pm plenty of times... I'm still alive and kicking. It's a dangerous place indeed, but if you know what places to avoid, what roads to travel upon, etc, it's not any more dangerous than what you find in parts of Queens or LA. Imbeciles just love to put the city down.

I agree, it's not anywhere near as bad as people think. And I'd definitely take Detroit, hell, even Buffalo(even more of a shithole, sorry Vin :D), over any of the cities and states below Pennsylvania. They're much more Canadian-ized up North than the rest of the States, and the people are nicer too.

And when I say stick it up your North Korean ass, I mean stick it up your Kim Jong Il, Pyongyang-loving, that is where your family should be, little fucking Australian immigrant, stick my burger in my mouth, long-haired noodle-loving, DMZ officer, outpost of tyranny, North Korean Nuclear Weapons Program, Mass Games-loving, fake missionary, North Korean ass.

Buffalo is as big a shit hole as Detroit, only not as big in size

per capita, I bet were a more violent city

but, on the other extreme, we have one of the safest cities here as well- Amherst NY (a suburb of Buffalo)

go figure....

No joke, last time I went there I got lost and couldn't find my way out of the ghetto, and I drove for hours.

The Detroit area also has one of the safest places in the nation as well, namely Troy, Michigan. But the latter is filled with affluent people, a good local economy, and a great police force. It's really an interesting place, just like the downtown part of Detroit along the Detroit River.
