I don't think Barzagli wants serie B. I heard rumour about him to Fiorentina for Gamberini + $$$ but I think Palermo will keep him.

Corini is too old and didn't have a good year last season. He was great in 04-05.

I'd buy Givet and a solid midfielder. I think Trez will stay so we don't need another forward. If Zlatan leaves, Palladino can do the job.

Like you I don't think Barzagli will come, he will stay with Palermo in Serie A.

Corini may be old, but he is still more than good enough for one or two seasons to earn promotion back to the top, if you ask me. Old Juve hero too Can I ask what other players you have in mind here?
