Sell Bonucci and buy Dedé. They both should be worth around 8M and Dedé is a good, more reliable and solid defender, who is very good attacking also.

Dedé is not going to cost much more than 8M, you can be sure of that. His economic rights belong to agents, and his club is broken and known for selling cheap.

It will definitely be around 8M... to replace Bonucci for him would be good business. Improvement on the position for zero cost.
