yeah i thought he played great lastnight! i was really impressed with the amount of Juve owned players who were playing for Italy!
Yup, if u think about it the only goalscorers so far have been Giovinco (X2), Lanzafame and Marchisio, all Juve players, our future seems bright :)

very bright indeed! :scudetto:
Bright in what way? Including Lanzafame in the Amauri deal, and the board has also been trying to sell Marchisio. And I really think our board was going to put Giovinco in that Amauri deal until they got that massive rejection of that idea from the fans.

I'm beginning to wonder about how our board sees the future. Last year they almost sold Chielini to Man City, now this year I'm hearing about selling Lanzafame, Giovinco, Marchisio, and De Ceglie.

I think Lanzafame could be a great striker in the future might even be one of the best in the world in a couple of years

I thinks its such a mad move to sell half of him, in one or two season i think he will become a top class player and Juve will have to pay a large amount to get the other half back!!

...which is fine, because otherwise he'll keep rotting in serie-b and never become a great striker. There is a big difference between LOANING OUT a player and giving him in the so-called COMPROPRIETA. The loan thing is fine but not for every player/every team. See giovinco; we're lucky that he's already on a high level now and come back, otherwise he'd have gone in a comproprieta too. Loaned out players don't have the same status in a team as the team players themselves. There's always this 'he'll be gone after this season anyway'-thing in the minds of coaches/directors. (that's also why giovinco didn't play every game for 90 mins although he clearly was one of the best in empoli) Players who are owned (or owned in comproprieta) have more of a regular pressure on them, they can integrate into a team and they will be treated normally.

Believe it or not, it's the best thing for us and for lanzafame that we give him away now (half of him) and then rebuy him in 2 years or so. Every other scenario would have harmed someone. Taking him back now would obviously have been idiotic...

By the way, it's not that we are going to loose a fortune on him. We'll always be ahead of palermo when it will come down to the 'buste' and we surely can spend 10 millions or so in 2 or 3 years. until then, we save his wages, and profit amauri

i thinks pretty good. but its obvious hell never be a top top player, hes 21 and if he was as good as ronaldo he'dd be in our first team even as just a sub at this stage.

sorry; a forward
That wasn't directed to you personally;).

BTW the next one after Conte who is comparing Lanzafame to C.Ronaldo is Casiraghi:«Davide sembra Cristiano Ronaldo»

He can turn out to be something great.I totally disagree with people who say that he is "the next Trezeguet",he can be Camoranesi's successor if anything.

I think the hype around Lanzafame is based on the fact he plays in a different style to the typical Italian foward in that he uses his pace and skills suitable to that of the free flowing fast English game in which the whole world is becoming obsessed
